Okay so, my initial thoughts to creating a blog was to get out of my head for a while. Lately I’ve been feeling like I have lost a little of myself in the midst of being a mother, wife, staying at home, meal planning, and the list goes on. I’ve put my self care and mental health on the backburner once again! So instead of keeping all of this to myself I had a thought that maybe thus could help someone else get out of their funk while I’m attempting to get out of mine.
